Tokinome (時ノ目) is one of the characters that has yet to officially appear in any series. She is a witch of time and clocks.
Appearance
Tokinome has long wavy dull green hair. Her hat is dark blue with clocks fastened by a chain as a ribbon. The hat is red on the inside and has additional clocks hanging from the rim. She wears a high collared dark blue dress, also covered in clocks. She wears black leggings and dark blue boots. Tokinome's eyes are green.
