Takogozen (蛸御前) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. She is an unknown being residing in the Tapir World.^{[Unofficial term]}

Physical Description

Takogozen has white skin, long pitch black hair, red eyes, and a set of tentacles in place of legs. Her hair has blunt-cut bangs parted on the left, and tied into twin braids. She wears a gakuran-like uniform, black gloves, and an eyepatch over her right eye. She also has three piercings on her right ear and black nails. Like Roc Hijoushiki, she has a mouth on her right hand.

Personality

Takogozen is very strong. She has been shown to be unaware or uncaring about the boundaries of the only character she has been seen interacting with, namely Gimone. Takogozen furthermore uses the personal pronoun "watashi" (私) to refer to herself.

Background

Not much is currently known about Takogozen's past.

Up to this day, Takogozen has only appeared in some of Deep-Sea Prisoner's illustrations.

Relationships

Gimone

Gimone was drawn in an image with Takogozen on 2018/07/17, with Takogozen intending on "licking her to have a taste." Takogozen has furthermore been stated to like Gimone very much, a feeling which is not mutual. Takogozen likes to mess with her a lot. No further information about their relationship has been disclosed.

Abilities

Natural Abilities

• Nigh-Absolute Immortality - Like most non-human characters in the Deep-Sea Universe, Takogozen cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease.
• Size Manipulation - She can change her height at will; she can grow as big as a kaiju or as small as the palm of a human's hand.
• Tentacle Manipulation - She can change the shape of the tips of her tentacles into things such as knives or mouths.
• Ink Generation - She is able to spit ink out of her mouth.

Trivia

• "Tako" (蛸) is the Japanese word for octopus, whereas "Gozen" (御前) is an old Japanese word which, with a sense of respect, refers to a superior person.
• On the topic of Takogozen's species, Deep-Sea Prisoner commented, "Hmm, it's hard to explain. She's a complicated being." This is also reflected in Takogozen appearing in the "other" species category on Deep-Sea Prisoner's website.
• Deep-Sea Prisoner has said she would like for Takogozen to appear in a future manga.
