Sirius has short, blonde hair with three strands sticking up, bright red eyes, raceless skin and pointy ears. He wears a black open suit over a white dress shirt with a black bow-tie and brown vest. He also wears a black cape which is red in the inside, black gloves and black heeled shoes. He carries a cane and has a black top hat in a few of the artworks he has appeared in.
