Sherbet (シャルべット) is the ancestor of Froze. He was an angel and one of Etihw's loyal subordinates who died in the Great War prior to The Gray Garden. Though he makes a cameo in The Gray Garden, he has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. He is also currently missing from the character page.
Physical Description
Sherbet had short messy light yellow-ish green hair, raceless white skin, and blue eyes with bags underneath them. His left eye is scarred from an injury inflicted upon him by Yosaflame; [2] It was an injury that could not be cured; Deep-Sea Prisoner plans to reveal this in the future. [3] To say more would be a spoiler. [3] He wore a dark gray scarf with a gray cross print due to always being cold, [4] and the scarf itself seemed capable of floating around him. He also fashioned a gray coat held by a black belt, a pair of white gloves, light gray pants, and black dress shoes. As an angel, Sherbet also had a pair of wings and a halo.
Personality
Sherbet has been described as very jealous and persistent. [4] He had a creepy personality. [5] He also liked apples. [6]
Background
Sherbet fought alongside Etihw in the Great War and died while doing so. Not much is currently known other than that.
Appearances
Cameo
- The Gray Garden - Sherbet is seen as a silhouette whilst Froze told Yosafire about the events of the war. Later in the game, his name can be found on a grave in the Gray Garden's graveyard.
Relationships
Relatives
Froze
Froze is Sherbet's descendant. Grora once thought Froze and Sherbet are very different in terms of personality as seen in an illustration.
In Funamushi Private Deep-Sea Academy, Sherbet is alive and Froze's father. [7]

Yosaflame
Yosaflame was Sherbet's enemy. Their relationship was brutal, and they were always trying to kill each other. [9] Sherbet was incredibly obsessed with Yosaflame. [5] He seemed to have had a larger animosity towards Yosaflame. He furthermore called him "Yosaf." Sherbet is the one responsible for Yosaflame's bad eyesight due to his ice magic scarring his eyes. [10] Consequently, Sherbet's left eye is scarred from a past injury Yosaflame inflicted upon him. [2] They were once intimate when Sherbet choked him. [10] Their first kiss tasted of blood. [6]
When they fought, Yosaflame usually had the upper hand. [6] Although, in one battle, Sherbet got lucky and injured Yosaflame's eyes as seen in a Skeb illustration. Sherbet then took advantage of him. [6] However, in their final fight, Sherbet had the upper hand. In the end, Yosaflame killed Sherbet while being mortally wounded himself. [4]
In Funamushi Private Deep-Sea Academy, Sherbet and Yosaflame are not enemies. However, Yosaflame still hates Sherbet very much, and Sherbet likes Yosaflame very much. [11]
In the Genderbend (AU), the couple dynamic between their female counterparts does not change. [10]
