Sagan (サガン) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. She is the witch of eyes.
Physical Description[]
Sagan has raceless white skin and black cat-like eyes. Her dark gray hair - ending below her knees - has a red inner layer filled with multiple eyes. She wears a black dress with a frilly white collar, an apron-like piece around her waist, and six eyes on her skirt. There is a black bow tied on her collar with an eye in the center. She also wears a black hat with a single large eye on it with more eyes on the red inner brim and black ballet slipper-like shoes lacing up her legs. She can also be seen having a third eye in the middle of her forehead.

Sagan is said to not show much emotion. [1] Not much else is currently known about her personality.
