The Sacred Sword is a special item in Wadanohara and the Great Blue Sea. It was given to the Great Sorcerer by Aounabara.
Description[]
The Sacred Sword appears to be a katana with a black and gray checkered handle. The guard is shaped like a crescent moon. The back of the blade is a solid black while the sharp edge of the blade is different depending on which sea is in possession of it - blue for the Blue Sea and red for the Sea of Death.
Wounds sustained from the Sacred Sword take longer to heal. [1]
History[]
The Sacred Sword was created from a part of Aounabara before being bestowed to The Great Sorcerer Meikai. [2] The Great Sorcerer was then tasked with giving this item to one of his trusted familiars. When his familiar Tatsumiya was chosen, his other familiar Old became jealous and ended up aligning himself with the Sea of Death.
The sword was later stolen by Syakesan in order to break the Cast Pearl and aid in unleashing the Sea of Death.
