Reiji (鴒時) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. He is a wagtail.
Physical Description[]
Reiji has raceless white skin, white bangs while the rest of his hair is black, white irises with black scleras, and red lining below his eyes. He wears traditional Japanese clothing consisting of a dark gray kimono where the sleeves turn into white-gray feathers, white shirt underneath, light gray hakama, black tabi, and dark gray geta. He also wears a black police officer hat with a yellow crest. The crest has a bird symbol on it in the middle. He also has gray and dark gray nails.

- Nigh-Absolute Immortality - Like most non-human characters in the Deep-Sea Universe, Reiji cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease. [1]
- Animal Transformation - Being a wagtail, he is able to switch between a humanoid and animal form.
