Ocsio (オクシオ) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. He is a webfoot octopus and Hachirouta's boyfriend. He is also currently missing from the character page.
Physical Description[]
Ocsio has raceless white skin, wavy ash brown hair with black ringed eyespots, and hazel eyes. Most artworks also depict him in dark clothing.
Personality[]
Ocsio is typically seen with a grumpy or mischievous expression on his face. He enjoys playing video games but easily becomes angry. [2] Ocsio yells at Hachirouta regardless if it is because of a game or not, [2] suggesting he has a temper. He also has violent tendences. [3] Ocsio is said to be a "bit of a bum." [2] He was shown smoking in an illustration as well.

Not much is currently known about Ocsio's past.

Up to this day, Ocsio has only appeared in some of Deep-Sea Prisoner's illustrations.
Relationships[]
Hachirouta[]
Hachirouta is Ocsio's lover and housemate. They are in love but have a bit of an unhealthy relationship with Ocsio having violent tendencies. [3] Ocsio has a bit of a temper and yells at Hachirouta regardless if it is because of video games. [2] Despite that, the two will sometimes play games together. [2] Deep-Sea Prisoner describes them as an "interesting couple." [3]

Natural Abilities[]
- Nigh-Absolute Immortality - Like all non-human characters in the Deep-Sea Universe, Ocsio cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease. [4]
- Animal Transformation - Being an octopus, he is able to switch between a humanoid and animal form.
- Underwater Breathing - Being an octopus, he can naturally breathe underwater.
- Hair Manipulation - Like all octopuses, he has the ability to turn his hair into tentacles. [5]
- Mimicry - Like most octopuses, he harnesses the ability to mimic. [5]

- Ocsio made his first appearance in a doodle artwork on 14/08/2018.
- His name was officially revealed on 19/09/21 during Deep-Sea Prisoner's 48th livestream. [1]
