Hachirouta (八郎太) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. He is a North Pacific giant octopus and Ocsio's boyfriend. He is also currently missing from the character page.
Physical Description[]
Hachirouta is tall, has braided green hair, red eyes, and raceless white skin. He also has black nails and is often seen wearing black clothes.
Personality[]
Hachirouta is typically shown with a composed expression on his face. Contrary to that, however, he does seem to have an affectionate side which he shows around his lover Ocsio. In an illustration, Hachirouta can be seen hugging Ocsio while he is playing video games on the couch.
Hachirouta has been seen doing housework in an illustration. He is also the type to often pay attention to his clothing. [1]

Not much is currently known about Hachirouta's past.

Up to this day, Hachirouta has only appeared in some of Deep-Sea Prisoner's illustrations.
Relationships[]
Ocsio[]
Ocsio is Hachirouta's lover and housemate. They are in love but have a bit of an unhealthy relationship with Ocsio having violent tendencies. [2] Ocsio has a bit of a temper and yells at Hachirouta regardless if it is because of video games. [3] Despite that, the two will sometimes play games together. [3] Deep-Sea Prisoner describes them as an "interesting couple." [2]

- Cooking - He seemingly knows how to cook.
Natural Abilities[]
- Nigh-Absolute Immortality - Like most non-human characters in the Deep-Sea Universe, Hachirouta cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease. [4]
- Animal Transformation - Being an octopus, he is able to switch between a humanoid and animal form.
- Underwater Breathing - Being an octopus, he can naturally breathe underwater.
- Hair Manipulation - Like all octopuses, he has the ability to turn his hair into tentacles. [5]
- Mimicry - Like most octopuses, he harnesses the ability to mimic. [5]
Trivia[]
- Hachirouta's name was confirmed in an Instagram post.
- His name is also a pun - "hachi" means eight in Japanese, and he is an octopus.
