- In Funamushi Private Deep-Sea Academy, Namikaze and Namiho are enjoying a vacation on a southern island together.
- The story of Jellyburi involves Satanick turning Ivlis into a jellyfish and deciding to raise him by watching him all day long; however, Ivlis' mind is so affected by his current body that he becomes emotionless and just floats around.
- Licorice is described as "a very earnest and talented young man who grew up with a lot of love except that he fell in love with his mother."
