Fumus’ female counterpart wears black leather clothing, long gloves, a choker, sleeveless zipped dress, and leggings. She is also said to wear a black thong. [1] She has large breasts as well. [2]

Female Fumus is not brutal in the same way as male Fumus; rather, she is sadistic "like a sadomasochism club queen." [3] Her style of dress is a giveaway to her personality and akin to her motif. Deep-Sea Prisoner went on to describe her as a "sexy older sister." [3]
