Edabane (エダバネ) is a character that has yet to make a formal debut in Deep-Sea Prisoner's creations. He is a stop sign themed archdemon, Zigzag's husband, and Satanick's sixth subordinate.
Physical Description[]
Edabane has short gray hair and bright red eyes with white dash-like pupils resembling a "do not enter" sign. He wears a black suit buttoned by three tiny "do not enter" signs under a gray trench coat. He also wears a dark gray scarf and black trapper-hat with two winglike bones jutting out of the sides and the same "do not enter" sign design in the middle with white stitching.
Personality[]
Edabane is stated to be belligerent and curt; however, he has the appearance and mentality of a child. [3] He exhibits stubbornness and bluntness in his demeanor. [2] He is also a devoted husband to Zigzag. [3] He uses the personal pronoun "washi" (used typically by old men) when referring to himself. [4] He gets angry if someone treats him like a baby as well. [2]
Background[]
Edabane was created by Satanick sometime in the past. [5] He later married Zigzag. He is the one in charge of the Castle Town's school. [2] Edabane has a large house due to his high rank of being an archdemon. [6]

Zigzag is Edabane's wife. He is devoted to her, [3] and they are on good terms, although he gets angry if someone treats him like a baby but is okay with his wife doing it. [2]

Elena is Edabane's sister-in-law. Not much is currently known about their relationship.

Licorice and Edabane have yet to be seen interacting. However, Satanick's subordinates - except for Envi - are sensible and will respond calmly when dealing with Licorice. [7]

- Nigh-Absolute Immortality - Being a demon, Edabane cannot die from natural causes such as aging or disease. [8] [9]
- Regenerative Healing Factor - Being a demon, he is able to regenerate body parts, even guts and bones. [10]
- Ambidexterity - He is naturally ambidextrous. [11]
- Flight - He has six wings with which he can fly, although he usually chooses not to show them. [5]

- "Edabane" means "branch wing" in Japanese. [12]
- Edabane has a genderbend which will be drawn sometime in the future. [13]
